In accordance with the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 03.12.2019 № 965 of the Directorate of Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies, objects of state property together with the adjacent territory on the basis of which the implementation of investment projects of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies are provided. In accordance with Decision No. 965 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Measures for the Further Development of the Activities of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies" of 03.12.2019, investment projects are being implemented in the territory of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies in the form of the construction of multifunctional modern complexes in the allocated territory of more than 6 hectares.

To date, on the basis of the decision of the Administrative Council of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies, the Concept of Investment Projects has been approved, the first stage of the competition for the selection of investors for the implementation of investment projects in 5 lots, including 19 objects (meeting international standards) of construction with an area of 400,000 sq.m. On the territory of Technopark there will be such objects as: IT Academy, IT University, office building, hotel, cohabiting center, sports complex and underground car parking for 4800 cars. All buildings will be built according to the international environmental standard BREEAM construction.

On the basis of the allocated territory and modern complexes created in it creating favorable conditions and a modern working environment of a world class for development of innovations, innovative culture and the enterprise atmosphere for youth in Uzbekistan is provided. The creation of an ecosystem in these objects for the development and support of innovation will lead to the creation of modern and convenient working spaces, and IT-zones for the development of IT-entrepreneurship throughout Uzbekistan. These measures will create favorable conditions for further development of the sphere of information technologies and production of software products, comprehensive support of startup projects in this sphere, assistance in promotion of software and high-tech products and services in the domestic and foreign markets

The selection of investors for the implementation of investment projects on the territory of Technopark is carried out in the following order:
  • Publication of the Investor Selection Competition Announcement;
  • Displaying the Tender Documentation on official sources and explaining to the Customers the provisions of the tender documentation;
  • Preparation by the Participants of their Applications on the basis of the forms attached to the tender documentation;
  • Review and evaluation of Bids;
  • Holding the contest and determining the winners of the contest on the basis of the decision of the Administrative Board of the Directorate;
  • Conclusion of investment agreements on the basis of a decision of the Administrative Board.
