Agile Scale & Innovation 2025: Scaling Agile, Cloud Technologies, and Artificial Intelligence

Tashkent hosted Agile Scale & Innovation 2025, a large-scale international conference that brought together professionals from the CIS and Europe engaged in the implementation and advancement of Agile processes, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and engineering solutions. 

IT Park Uzbekistan served as an official partner of the event, which featured distinguished speakers including Vladi Ruppo, Vice President at EPAM Systems; Dmitry Ilenkov, expert in project management; Stepan Dudnik, CTO at HDTech; Tahir Bazarov, Doctor of Psychological Sciences; among others. The conference attracted over 250 participants. 

Key Focus Areas of the Conference:

• Agile & Scaling: Approaches to effectively scaling processes, teams, and products within large enterprises. Discussions focused on modern frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and Nexus, alongside best practices and real-world cases of Agile implementation in the enterprise.  
• AI & Automation: The integration of artificial intelligence and automation into engineering workflows, with an emphasis on enhancing operational efficiency and informed decision-making through advanced analytics and AI. 
• Cloud & DevOps: Best practices in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), cloud security and reliability, and modern approaches to building scalable and fault-tolerant systems. 
• Engineering Solutions: Designing scalable architectures and engineering solutions tailored for high-load and mission-critical systems.

The conference was structured across three parallel tracks. The main auditorium featured discussions on strategic management, transformation, and the integration of AI into business processes. Simultaneously, adjacent sessions covered topics such as system architecture, DevOps practices, platform engineering, and the application of Agile frameworks in high-load environments. The program also included interactive workshops and expert-led masterclasses. 

With the support of IT Park, Agile Scale & Innovation 2025 served as a key catalyst for the continued advancement of Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem. The event convened industry leaders, experts, and practitioners from across the CIS and Europe, fostering an environment for knowledge exchange, exploration of cutting-edge methodologies, and the promotion of innovation.
