IT Park Announces "Success Story" Contest Finalists

In July of this year, on the initiative of IT Park, the "Success Story" contest was launched within the framework of the One Million Uzbek Coders project with a prize background of $2,000. The competition is held among graduates of the One Million Uzbek Coders courses to encourage and support representatives of the younger generation to master the profession of the future.

We remind you that 4 participants can become winners, who will be selected by voting on the official Telegram channel One Million Uzbek Coders. Each of the winners will receive a cash reward from the organizers of the competition for $500. Voting will last 3 days, after which the results will be announced!

The finalists of the "Success Story" competition are:

  1. Saliev Farrukh, 22 years old, Tashkent city

A graduate of courses on Android development, holder of a Nanodegree diploma and a 4 th grade student at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies. Today he works for RTECO.

After completing One Million Uzbek Coders courses, he created the following mobile applications:

Admire - a mobile application for contactless transfer of funds from card to card;

Ucell Uzbekistan - an application for all customers of the mobile operator Ucell, containing the functions of replenishing the balance, purchasing Internet packages, etc.;

Moliyaviy Nazorat - a mobile application primarily for students of the institute of Finance, which contains useful information on some disciplines;

The experience of training on the One Million Uzbek Coders platform allowed me to fill my portfolio with mobile applications developed by me. After I was invited to work at the Napa-Automative IT company, where a whole team of specialists are implementing projects for the Uzbek market

2. Abdurazzokov Bunyodbek, 16 years old, Andijan region

Completed a course on front-end and full-stack development. A 10th-grade student with a passion for robotics. Today he teaches at IT-Centers in this area.

After completing the One Million Uzbek Coders course, he worked on the creation of the following projects:

Atom Studio - website of an IT company providing programming services, including the development of websites, mobile applications;

Dehqon bozori - a website for purchasing groceries with home delivery from various points of sale;

Robocode - a website with online robotics courses from leading experts in the field;

After completing the One Million Uzbek Coders courses, I got a wonderful opportunity to take part in the creation of innovative projectsSmart turnstiles,Dis-control,Fresh Air,Write,Public Series,Library, etc. I presented my projects to representatives of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications and the Ministry of Innovative Development. From now on, I am teaching programming and robotics at the Asaka IT Center.

And most importantly, I got a job as a Back-end developer at the IT company Atom Studio! On June 31, at the Youth and Student Forum in Tashkent, I was awarded the Shuhrat Medal by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan!

3. Abdullaev Shokhboz - 17 years old, Syrdarya region

Completed courses on front-end and full-stack development. Loves to program, studies Java.

After completing the One Million Uzbek Coder courses, Shohboz began working on the following projects:

Bplace is a website for a Russian logistics company that allows you to quickly receive offers from nearby manufacturing companies.

Evrascon Group- website for a Russian company specializing in the construction of bridges, tunnels and other facilities.

Meeme Chat - Shohboz's own development, replacing instant messengers.

In addition to this, the One Million Uzbek Coders courses helped Shohboz find a new job at the world's leading IT company Epam Systems as a programmer!

4. Murodov Oybek, 25 years old, Termez city

Graduate of One Million Uzbek Coders front-end development courses, computer science teacher and mentor at WebForte Academy.

After completing the One Million Uzbek Coders courses, Oybek independently created the following developments:

Academy WebForte- an educational website with online programming courses for everyone from 7 to 70 years old;

SVMITFUZ - website for the Samarkand Veterinary Medical Institute for receiving applications from applicants;

TSAUTBUZ - website for the Termez branch of the Tashkent Agrarian University;

TERARXUZ - website for the General Directorate of Construction of the Surkhandarya region.

5. Azimjon Akbarjonov - 18 years old, Fergana region

He took courses on front-end and full-stack development, after which he worked on the following projects:

Loadviser- website for a US logistics company;

Yozvonbaliqchilik - a website for farmers in Uzbekistan, where all the necessary information for fishing, livestock and other types of agriculture will be displayed;

BagdodAgroExpon - website and mobile application for trading, transporting goods and keeping financial records among farmers;

BaldokUz - website for the Andijan furniture workshop for users who wish to purchase furniture for their home and compare prices;

“Before I heard about the One Million Uzbek Coders project, I could not have imagined that it was possible to learn programming from scratch in such a short period of time. After completing the courses, I independently created a website for the American logistics company Loadviser, as well as for Baldoq workshop in Andijan. I am immensely grateful to the creators of the One Million Uzbek Coders project for such an amazing opportunity!”

6. Khaitov Jakhongir, 17 years old, Kashkadarya region

Completed front-end and full-stack courses. Has been working in the field of mobile programming for 1 year.

7. Abdukarimov Jasurbek, 21 years old, Tashkent city

Graduate of courses in android development. 1st year student at Westminster University in Tashkent, android developer at RTECO IT company.

After completing the One Million Uzbek Coders courses, the programmer was able to develop the following applications:

Moliya is a mobile application primarily for students of the Financial Institute, which contains useful information on some disciplines;

Admire - a mobile application for contactless transfer of funds from card to card;

FinBankTerm - multilingual dictionary for professionals in the field of finance, economics and information technology;

Moliyaviy risklar- a mobile application for students of the Financial Institute, which helps to analyze financial risks;

TaxCustomsTerm - current dictionary of terms on taxation, tax law and customs;

Пенсионное дело - a supplementary mobile application for students studying pension business.

8. Subbotina Evgeniya - 18 years old, the city of Tashkent

Graduate of all 4 courses in Android development, data analysis, front-end and full-stack development. Evgeniya is a student of the 11th grade of school №60 in the city of Tashkent, and over the past three years she has been diligently engaged in programming.

After completing the One Million Uzbek Coders courses, Evgenia and her team began working on the PostRocket project for sports programming using any device. Shortly, she intends to launch a social project to protect homeless animals.

She is fond of data analysis and machine learning - in python, using numpy and tensorflow, she wrote a model that predicts the occurrence of heart disease.

In addition to this, Evgeniya took an active part in GameDev Goethe, where she became the winner in the nomination “Best Women's Team”.
