IT Park has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Azericard

On November 24th, in Baku, Azerbaijan, within the TezOde forum, Deputy CEO of IT Park, Fayzulla Aripzhanov, met with Farid Guliyev, Director of Azericard — the first processing center in Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed and discussed areas of collaboration and potential projects.

According to the document, both parties intend to foster the development of startup and venture ecosystems in Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, assist startups in scaling across the markets of the both republics, and collaborate in the fintech sector.

Azericard stands as the first processing center in Azerbaijan, fully certified by leading international payment systems, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay, and JCB. The company handles processing for 22 banks in Azerbaijan and abroad, all of which are members of international payment systems.
