On the third day of the INNOPROM Central Asia 2025 international exhibition, held in Tashkent, representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan held a series of strategic meetings with Russian companies. Furthermore, Abdulakhad Kuchkarov, the CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, delivered a keynote address during the foresight session titled “New Uzbekistan: Innovative Entrepreneurship and Young Professionals” on the topic “New Uzbekistan: Prospects for Young Talent in the IT Sector”. The session was designed to promote youth entrepreneurship and foster collaboration among young professionals from both Russia and Uzbekistan, as well as students from the country’s leading universities.

In his address, Abdulakhad Kuchkarov remarked:
“Uzbekistan today is a nation with an ambitious and competitive youth. The government’s support and openness to international expertise enable us to cultivate an ecosystem where young professionals become catalysts for technological progress and global digital transformation.”
He further emphasized that Uzbekistan’s advantageous geographical position, highly skilled workforce, and strong foundational values — such as mutual assistance, accountability, respect for national traditions, and the active participation of women — serve as key drivers for sustainable entrepreneurial growth. Uzbek professionals are already excelling on the global stage in critical sectors such as IT, finance, economics, architecture, and design.
In addition to the foresight session, representatives from IT Park conducted a series of meetings with Russian companies.
Meetings with the Regional Center for Entrepreneurship Support and Facilitation focused on collaboration and opportunities for Uzbek IT companies to enter the Russian market.
Representatives from AVSoft expressed their intention to establish a joint venture and apply for membership at IT Park.
During the meeting between representatives of IT Park and the multi-product software developer NotaTech, the potential for collaboration and the opportunities for entering the Uzbek market were thoroughly discussed. The company specializes in the creation and development of IT solutions for large enterprises and government entities. NotaTech expressed strong interest in the activities of IT Park and is considering the establishment of an office in Uzbekistan.
IT Park's participation in INNOPROM Central Asia has reaffirmed the sustained interest of Russian companies in the Uzbek market and its significant human capital. The established partnerships are expected to foster new avenues for technological exchange, collaboration, and the influx of investments into Uzbekistan's IT sector.
