Uzbekistan continues to reinforce its position as a leading international IT hub, attracting foreign enterprises while enabling local developers to expand into global markets. This momentum is underscored by the rapid growth of the national IT ecosystem: in the first two months of 2025 alone, IT Park Uzbekistan has admitted 104 new member companies, specializing in the export of IT and service solutions.
Notably, 60 of these companies have foreign capital participation, with founders hailing from the United States, France, Malaysia, Germany, China, Japan, Georgia, Latvia, the UAE, and other countries. The newly admitted members anticipate the creation of over 2,400 new jobs within their first year of operation, contributing significantly to the advancement of Uzbekistan’s high-tech sector and workforce development.
The new member companies represent a diverse range of IT industry segments:
According to their business plans, the cumulative export volume of these companies in their first year is projected to exceed $31 million, with primary export destinations including the United States, Canada, China, France, Germany, Georgia, Japan, Latvia, Turkey, the UAE, and Malaysia.
Several of the new members have already commenced operations. For instance, ONEGLOBAL (USA) and SOLUXE EVENTS (China) have initiated the recruitment of local specialists to deliver BPO and service solutions for clients across the United States, China, India, and the CIS region. Meanwhile, BOOKINGMANIAA (Turkey) and INTELI AI (India) are focused on software product development, targeting markets in the United States, Turkey, the UAE, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
Furthermore, GEGIDZE CA (Georgia) is expanding its workforce by hiring 115 specialists, while SERVIONIX SOLUTIONS and SMART SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (Israel) are actively developing export-driven IT solutions. These companies aim to optimize and tailor software products for international markets, including the United States, Canada, and the CIS region.
The increasing presence of foreign enterprises and the expansion of IT service exports not only strengthen Uzbekistan’s position within the global technology sector but also significantly contribute to human capital development. The creation of new employment opportunities and the integration of local professionals into global IT projects enhance their expertise, further establishing Uzbekistan as an increasingly attractive player in the international IT market.
