PointAI startup from Uzbekistan attracted investments from Plug and Play Tech Center

The startup PointAI, a participant in the second wave of the Plug and Play Uzbekistan acceleration program, has attracted investments from the headquarters of Plug and Play Tech Center in Silicon Valley.

PointAI was founded in 2023 by Azamat Khamidov and Aslkhon Khoshimkhujaev. Their intelligent algorithm, based on the GPT language model, creates an AI support service. The service assists companies in delivering high-quality customer support, reducing wait times, and enhancing user satisfaction.

This innovative solution transforms the approach of online stores to handling customer inquiries, offering a unique combination of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. E-commerce enterprises that have implemented PointAI report a significant reduction in support-related expenses, saving up to $150,000 annually. The chatbot successfully resolves 80% of customer queries without human intervention, including issues such as refunds, order cancellations, and delivery issues.

As noted by representatives of Plug and Play Tech Center, the startup demonstrates remarkable scalability and possesses tremendous potential for long-term impact.

The founders of the Plug and Play Tech Center office in Uzbekistan include the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Aloqa Bank, IT Park, and Aloqa Ventures.

Previously, the startup participated in the Startup Battle 2023, organized by IT Park, where it secured the 1st place. During that event, the team won a trip to Web Summit in Lisbon and received 12 million sums for co-working space at C-Space.
