Overview:

Vention has launched a summer internship program for students specializing in technical and related fields. Participants will engage in real-world projects within .Net, Node.js, Frontend, QA, and Java development teams under the guidance of experienced mentors.

The selection process places special emphasis on English proficiency (B2 level or higher), soft skills, and a solid engineering foundation.

EPAM Systems — Online Training and Internships for IT Career Starters

📍 Format: Online

📅 Period: Year-round

👥 Who Can Apply: Students and entry-level specialists

EPAM Uzbekistan offers free training programs for students and young professionals aspiring to build a career in IT. Available tracks include automated testing in Java, JavaScript, and .NET (fundamentals and basic levels), functional software testing (including internship opportunities), cloud technologies and DevOps, and backend development in Java (fundamentals).

In late June, EPAM plans to launch new programs in Data Analytics Engineering and Data Science.

The courses are conducted online in English and include theoretical modules, practical assignments, and mentor support. Upon successful completion, participants may pursue further career opportunities with EPAM.

EPAM has developed a structured, step-by-step training system designed to prepare candidates for junior-level positions. This approach enables participants to gradually acquire the necessary skills and gain relevant experience. 

🔹 Beginner/Basic Training:

Suitable for candidates with fundamental IT knowledge and conversational English. The objective is to consolidate skills and prepare for more in-depth training.

🔹 Fundamentals Training:

This level is available to graduates of the basic program or candidates with solid preparation. Participants will gain fundamental knowledge in their chosen specialization. Entry requires passing technical and English proficiency tests (the required proficiency level depends on the specific program, minimum level: B1).   

🔹 Internship/Labs:

The final stage of the program involves working on projects in an environment that closely simulates real-world development processes. Participants gain hands-on experience essential for starting their IT careers and may interview for Junior positions at EPAM’s Tashkent office. While employment is not guaranteed, successful completion of the labs is considered equivalent to commercial experience, allowing graduates to apply for Junior roles without prior work history.
