The company behind the games World of Tanks and World of Warships may open a development office in Uzbekistan

On March 25, 2022, IT Park hosted a meeting with representatives of the international company “Wargaming”.  The meeting was attended by Director of IT Park Uzbekistan Farhod Ibragimov, Deputy Directors of IT Park Bokhodir Ayupov and Abdulahad Kuchkarov, General Director of Wargaming Saint Petersburg Malik Khatazhaev and the “Wargaming” team.

At the meeting, the guests were told in detail about the activities of IT Park, projects and plans of the organization, current areas for cooperation.

The parties discussed the possibility of opening “Wargaming” World of Tanks and World of Warships Creators may open a development office in Uzbekistan, the search for qualified local specialists, as well as the creation of specialized training courses for the purpose of subsequent employment in the company.

In addition, the company expressed interest in the “TashRush” IT Park relocation program, thanks to which foreign IT-companies and IT-specialists can receive assistance in finding office premises, housing, assistance in registering and placing children in kindergartens and schools, and consultation support 24/7 and more.

Also, the delegation of the company “Wargaming” visited the branch of IT Park in Tashkent, the school of information and communication technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi and Inha University in Tashkent.
