The outsourcing giant Tafaseel BPO plans to open an office in Uzbekistan

From February 12th to 15th, 2024, the delegation from the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, led by Minister Sherzod Shermatov is undertaking a working visit to Dubai. The primary focus of this visit is centered around business negotiations and participation in the international forum “World Governments Summit”.

On February 13th, a delegation comprising the Minister and IT Park representatives, held a meeting with the Vice President of Development at Tafaseel BPO, Ayman Fadl. The main topic of discussion revolved around the possibility of opening a Tafaseel BPO office in Uzbekistan.

Tafaseel BPO — a leading business process outsourcing company founded in 2011, boasts a workforce of over 1000 employees and revenue exceeding $10 million. The company offers a diverse range of services, including IT, marketing, technical support, customer service, finance, human resources, logistics, and more, available in 13 languages. The enterprise has subsidiary companies in Egypt, the UAE, and several Middle Eastern countries.

During the meeting, Mr. Ayman shared the company’s plans for expanding its operations and venturing into new markets. He assessed the opportunities and conditions provided in Uzbekistan for conducting global IT business. Special attention was given to IT Park’s support programs, such as “Zero Risk” and “Regional Headquarter”, which enable companies to enter the republic’s market with zero risks.

Following the meeting, the leaders of Tafaseel BPO will participate in the “Offshore Outsourcing Tour” event, scheduled to take place in Tashkent in March 2024, and planning to open an office in Uzbekistan through the “Zero Risk” program to conduct global business operations through the republic.

The opening of the Tafaseel BPO office in Uzbekistan will mark a significant milestone in the development of global IT outsourcing. This strategic move will not only bolster plans to achieve a $5 billion in IT exports but also create new opportunities for employing local youth, thereby enhancing the quality and competitiveness of Uzbek specialists on the global stage.
