The first meeting of the Edusession project
On February 17 at 18:00, the Tashkent branch of IT Park will host the first meeting as part of the Edusession project on the topic “What IT solutions are relevant at the global level?”
The speaker of the session will be Zukhra Abdurakhmanova, Managing Partner of AVDO Consulting, UK for Central Asia, Head of the AVDO Representative Office in Uzbekistan.
During the session, the speaker will talk about FinTech, MedTech, AgriTech, BioTech, EdTech and other technologies that are relevant in the global market.
Participants will also learn:
- how to understand which area to choose;
- how to identify what an investor will invest in;
- how to enter the same global market.

Recall that the Edusession program is aimed at supporting young people who are interested in becoming part of the global IT community, building a career and starting to earn money.
Events within Edusession will be held weekly in offline and online format. During the sessions, participants can gain knowledge in the chosen area (development, design, analytics, and others), learn about launching their own projects and career opportunities in the best companies in the world, improve their skills while working with experts, establish networking, and so on.

Zukhra Abdurakhmanova began her career in 2001 as a coordinator of international programs and projects in the field of higher education, Scholarships, Network development, Strategy development, Project management for US projects. Co-owner of a consulting agency for sociological research and project management, co-owner of a recruiting agency in the IT field.
Main directions: Business development, networking, strategy development and launching projects at the international level.
In the past, she was:
● Deputy Director of the Public Council under the Khokimiyat of Tashkent city;
● scientific secretary and member of the Scientific and Technical Council (STC) of the Ministry of Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
● member of the jury of the Falling Walls of the German Embassy and UNICORNS SCO 2022 within the framework of the SCO;
● co-organizer of the IT Hackathon “StudentHack2021”;
● project manager and designer of the Business Accelerator course, GroundZero;
● Executive Director of the Global Business and Technology Association (GBATA).
