Mentors of IT Park

A mentor is a direct teacher of the startup project team. It is a person who shares his personal experience and knowledge to develop startups, who knows exactly how the business world works.

Mentor is an important unit of IT Park incubation and acceleration programs. He directs and coordinates the young startup, helping to implement it step by step from the “idea” to the “minimum viable product” and its launch on the market.

Become a mentor
You can become a mentor if you have:
  • Great practical experience
  • Management skills;
  • Knowledge in the diagnosis and preparation of a business strategy
  • Experience in economics and sales
  • Good communication skills

Tasks of the mentor:
  • Development of professional relations with participants in the incubation / acceleration program
