On August 28, 2021, within the framework of IT Park incubation and acceleration programs a reporting day will take place - Demo day for participants who have successfully completed the programs.
The organizers of the Demo Day are IT Park and the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On this day, startup founders present their projects to investors, partners and jury members, which will include:
- Director of the venture company “Seed Mentors” (Great Britain), founder of “Accel Capital Partners” (Great Britain) and co-founder of “Visatier” (Great Britain) Muzaffar Saydiganiev;
- coordinator of the project “Startup Initiatives”, manager of the component of the project “Business Forum of Uzbekistan”, manager of the third component of the UNDP program Usmon Rakhimdzhanov;
- Chief Specialist of the Digital Industry Development Department of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zhavokhir Azimov;
- senior development engineer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in web and mobile development Sardor Islomov.
- founder, owner and co-owner of companies in Canada, has
expertise in sales, operations, supply chain management, logistics and marketing Sarvar Jalolov.
Among the partners will take part such companies as: “Semurg VC”, “UZVCA”, “Uzcard”, “Aloqabank”, “UNDP”, “Uztelecom” as well as government organizations, private schools, pharmacy chains, clinics and many others.
Recall that only 202 applications were received for the third wave, of which 121 applications were for participation in the incubation program and 81 were for acceleration.
105 men and 17 women applied for the incubation program, 70 men and 11 women, in turn, applied for the acceleration program.
On average, the age of the participants ranged from 16 to 36 years old. The youngest participant is 14 years old and the oldest is 46.
The third wave of the incubation and acceleration program at IT Park consisted of 8 modules and 34 events over 3 months.
Activities included educational and expert sessions, field trials, Bootcamp, and Pizza parties.
As a result, 15 teams with their projects took place on the Demo Day. These include:

- Aims at helping unemployed and needy women in Uzbekistan. The main purpose of the application is to create an online platform for women who are currently at home so that they can start their own business without any investment.

- Service of digital accounting, developed for small businesses of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which works on the principle of "one window". Allows you to keep accounting and tax records, work with counterparties using a legally significant electronic document flow, instantly receive factual information about sales from virtual cash registers, as well as submit regulatory reports to regulatory authorities.

- A platform for collective financing and financial management in Central Asia.
PRINTCHI
- A system that allows you to print any document in the nearest free printer installed in a public place.

- Constructor of mobile e-commerce applications.
Boombuy
- Retail loyalty project. A unified loyalty program that allows you to accumulate and use bonus points in various outlets, thereby increasing the flow of customers to these outlets.

- A platform for finding individual tutors for applicants.

- Marketplace for legal entities that simplifies work with suppliers.
Gardens of Babylon
- An innovative vertical phyto-farm with the introduction of artificial intelligence and a blockchain system that allows you to grow all types of agricultural products, aromatic and medicinal plants in difficult climatic and urban conditions. A specially developed artificial intelligence monitors the health of each plant in vertical phyto-farms, minimizing human presence.

Each project will have 5 minutes for product presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
The result of the Demo day for each startup project can be attracting investments from interested investors, as well as representatives of the business community and partners.
Demo day within the third wave of IT Park incubation and acceleration programs will become a day for all participants when each of them will take another important step towards meeting their goals and dreams.
