- Higher education in the economic field
- Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting
- Experience with contracts and primary documentation
- Experience in the field of economics/accounting from 3-5 years.
- Knowledge of the program 1C (8.3)
- Professional knowledge of the Word program and knowledge of Excel at the level of compiling tables (formulas)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Russian and Uzbek languages
Required skills: - Preparing and writing official letters to state bodies
- Establishing contacts, the ability to constructive and mutually enriching communication with other people.

- Skill (ability) to achieve results in a short period of time
5.Preparation of financial justification for projects, preparation of calculations to determine the budget savings from the implementation of IT solutions. Mostly a person who worked in the system of the Ministry of Finance.
