IT Park resident “IMAN” is looking for 10 Senior & Middle Golang, BA/QA and Flutter developers.

  “IMAN” offers:

  - an option on the company's shares up to $1,000 per month;

  - compensation in the amount of $2,000-$3,000 per month;

  - a strong and young team (from 20 to 30 years old);

  - leadership: CTO and VPE;

  - the possibility of traveling abroad within 12-24 months;

  Tasks the team will work on together:

  - building a microservice architecture;

  - integration with external systems;

  - refactoring and code review;

  - coordination of requirements;

  - formation of a culture of writing tests;

  - documentation of the code and API.

  Requirements from Senior & Middle Golang developers:

  - at least 4 years of industrial development experience;

  - excellent knowledge of Golang;

  - understanding of microservice architecture, experience with Kafka will be a plus;

  - understanding the principles of building scalable systems, the main problems, solutions;

  - excellent knowledge of structured and architectural patterns and the ability to use them;

  - ability to evaluate and decompose tasks;

  - understanding of multithreading in Go (goroutines, channels);

  - knowledge of the principles of operation of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis databases;

  - Experience with CI/CD, Docker, GitLab;

  - knowledge of Russian or English;

  - Ability to work in Linux.
