IT Park Signs the Memorandum of Cooperation with MDIS Tashkent

IT Park, represented by Director Farhod Ibragimov and the Singapore Institute of Management Development in Tashkent, represented by Rector Jasur Salikhov, based on the principles of respect and trust, signed a Memorandum based on a mutual interest in developing mutually beneficial cooperation, raising the importance of developing the field of information technology, creating an ecosystem supporting gifted youth and IT education.

Within the framework of this Memorandum, the parties seek cooperation in the following areas:

1. Establishment of a direct partnership between the parties.
2. Joint projects involving donors, grants, etc.
3. Joint projects to develop a startup ecosystem.
4. Exchange teachers and trainers to carry out individual programs.
5. The joint use of the premises and infrastructure of the institute for implementing projects, as well as the separate use of the premises for IT Park events on developing the startup ecosystem.
6. Other directions by agreement.

The aim of signing the mutual memorandum is the desire of both parties to create favorable conditions for the high-quality implementation of projects and activities, as well as for more dynamic development of the ICT sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

One of the main cooperation projects is creating an incubation center at the university. The incubation center is a platform for the development of university startup projects in the areas of Tourism and Business.
