IT Park Uzbekistan, in collaboration with Alpha Education, conducted advanced training program for regional employees

The professional development courses, implemented in collaboration with the Alpha Education educational centre, have been successfully completed. The initiative brought together representatives of IT Park from all regions of the country, thereby uniting colleagues from various branches and creating a unified platform for professional growth and the exchange of expertise.

The training was built on practical approaches and encompassed several priority areas, including business negotiation techniques and objection handling, the development of communication and presentation skills, the articulation of unique value propositions, and the fundamentals of effective business correspondence.

The sessions were complemented by the analysis of real-life case studies, interactive practice, and task-based exercises aimed at the direct application of acquired knowledge in day-to-day professional activities. This format not only reinforced the participants’ skills but also enabled them to begin integrating newly acquired competencies into their work immediately.

The program has become an important milestone in strengthening corporate culture, fostering a cohesive team, and enhancing the quality of collaboration with both partners and clients.
