Meeting with representatives of the BPO company "Raya CX"

On July 6, 2023, a meeting took place at the IT Park headquarters and the new building of the Ministry of Digital Technologies with representatives from the BPO company Raya CX.

The main goal of the meeting was to discuss the possibilities and prospects of development in the BPO sector and IT outsourcing.

Key representatives of Raya CX were present at the meeting, including CEO Ahmed Aboulezz and Director of Investments and Investor Relations Karim Seoudy.

The guests were presented with data and statistics demonstrating the advantages of Uzbekistan in these areas. Special attention was given to the presence of highly skilled English-speaking professionals in the country, as well as the diversity of companies whose activities are supported by IT Park.

One important aspect of the presentation was the incentives and privileges provided to foreign companies interested in opening offices in Uzbekistan. Raya CX expressed interest in the Uzbek market, noting that they had no previous experience working in the country. They plan to conduct a more detailed study of Uzbekistan's potential and explore opportunities for further development of their business in the region.

During the dialogue, both sides emphasized the importance of open and constructive communication from Uzbekistan regarding the attraction and support of foreign investors.

The guests were also provided with detailed information about the Digital Leadership Forum. The parties discussed the events that will be held within the forum, as well as its significance for the development of the IT industry in Uzbekistan.

It is important to note that the scale and organization of the event pleasantly surprised representatives from Raya CX, highlighting the high level of support and proposals from Uzbekistan.
