The Californian company NearSol is considering Uzbekistan as a direction for its growth and expansion

From July 7th to 9th, 2023, Uzbekistan hosted the inaugural Digital Leadership Forum, gathering representatives from numerous BPO and IT companies, foreign guests, and experts from around the world.

The forum included a special session dedicated to strategic economic development through BPO and IT services. During this session, emphasis was placed on increasing the export volume of IT services to showcase Uzbekistan's potential as the most attractive destination for IT outsourcing.

As part of the forum, a B2B meeting was held with Victor Pereda, the founder of the BPO company NearSol, which currently employs over 3,000 specialists.

During the meeting, participants discussed the prospect of opening a NearSol office in Uzbekistan and obtaining residency status in the IT Park. They also addressed matters related to providing office space, including equipment and assistance in recruiting qualified professionals.

"It seems to me that our market is oversaturated with various offerings, and I would like to present something new to our clients, something that few people know about at the moment. Uzbekistan fits perfectly into this category: the country has great potential, and I believe that the workforce at your disposal is quite powerful. Moreover, I find the education and technologies I have seen here relevant and well-chosen. They will enable us to support the industry in which we operate," shared Pereda about Uzbekistan's digital market potential".

NearSol is an international BPO company founded in 2006. Its portfolio of services includes a wide range of offerings such as customer service, back-office support, marketing, and sales. The company has an annual turnover of $950 million, with its headquarters located in California.
