The directors of colleges and technical schools of Uzbekistan visited IT Park!

On January 8, 2021, the directors of colleges and technical schools of Uzbekistan visited the IT Park Showroom.

The purpose of the visit was to get familiarized with the activities of IT Park as well as to increase awareness in the field of IT and understand why this area is so important today.

The Deputy Director of IT Park for Regional Development Abdulahad Kuchkarov, the Head of the IT Park Startup Ecosystem Development Department Jahangir Rajabov, the Coordinator of the “One Million Uzbek Coders” project Dilmurod Nasibullaev, directors of colleges and technical schools in Uzbekistan, media and others attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the Deputy Director of IT Park for Regional Development Abdulakhad Kuchkarov introduced the guests to the activities of IT Park and elaborated how the organization works and in what it specializes. He also mentioned the future plans of IT Park and demonstrated the layout of the future IT Park complex, which is currently under construction.

The head of the IT Park startup ecosystem development department Jahangir Rajabov told the audience about the incubation centers being created by IT Park in the country's higher educational institutions as well as about what they are needed for and what benefits they are expected to bring later.

At the end of the meeting, the coordinator of the “One Million Uzbek Coders” project Dilmurod Nasibullayev told the directors about the project's activities and why it is important for the younger generation to study information technologies.
