The IT Park Trade Union took the first place in the contest "The Most Exemplary Primary Organization."

The Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan held the traditional contest "The Most Exemplary Primary Organization".  The contest takes place every two years with the main goal of recognizing and rewarding exemplary activities of primary trade union units operating in enterprises and organizations across the country, as well as spreading their best practices and strengthening their role in the socio-economic life and development of these enterprises.

In the competition for the title of winner, 116 organizations participated. According to the evaluations, the IT Park team took the first place, scoring the highest number of points among all participating primary trade union organizations with a membership of up to 100 people.

During the contest, the main criteria for selecting the winners included the development and execution of a collective agreement, public monitoring of compliance with labor legislation and labor protection, efforts to enhance the legal literacy and culture of union members, as well as participation in the regulation of labor relations.

The victory of IT Park in the competition confirms that the success of the team is based on well-structured processes, an innovative approach, and genuine dedication to their goals.
