Ucell and IT Park award winners of Ucell Mobile Challenge 2019

The winners of Ucell Mobile Challenge 2019 contest shared the first three places and 600 million UZS prize pool.

On November 30, award ceremony for the winners of Ucell Mobile Challenge 2019, dedicated to develop the best mobile app, which has been organized by Ucell and IT Park, was held in the building of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.

Contest Results:

• first place (300 million UZS) - Ucell Cashback System - a cashback platform with payment application functionality that helps to be in contact with subscribers;
• second place (200 million UZS) - IZY - an online leisure aggregator with the function to monetize activity upon social networks;
• third place (100 million UZS) - Retail Research - a quick and handy tool for business improvement.

Contracts will be signed with each of the winner teams. According to the document’s terms, project creators must finalize their products within three months and take part in launching these applications, as well as in their further implementation.

Ucell Mobile Challenge 2019 is a contest arranged by IT Park and Ucell that is devoted to the development of mobile applications with a prize fund of 600 million UZS in the main following areas:

• "The best trade application";
• “The best useful application for country guests and residents”;
• “The best Fintech app.”

The main goal of the competition is to support startup projects, contribute to the development of ICT among young people in Uzbekistan, introduce innovative solutions, attract promising specialists, including students, to the development of IT solutions.
