A delegation from Spain visited the IT Park office

On June 7, the IT Park office as part of a delegation from Spain was visited by commercial attaché Juan Miguel Marquez, analyst of the Trade and Economic Department of the Spanish Embassy in Moscow with residence in Tashkent Miguel Angel Martin de Pablos and Head of Trade and Economic Department in Tashkent Fernando Varela Carid.

The guests were welcomed by First Deputy Director of IT Park Abdulahad Kuchkarov, Head of the Investment and International Relations Department Nigora Mirjalilova, Chief Analyst and Monitoring Specialist of the Investment and International Relations Department Sevara Khidoyatova and Manager of the Remote Service Organization of the IT Services Export Department Sarvar Vohidov.

On the agenda is the discussion of issues of cooperation in the field of export of IT services. The guests were presented with the activities of IT Park, talking about its goals and achievements, and presented detailed statistics on the IT Park residents. Juan Miguel Marquez expressed interest in the residency program by IT Park, highlighting the preferences for residents and the One Stop Shop service.

Fernando Varela Carid, Head of Trade and Economic Department at the Embassy, expressed his desire to cooperate with IT Park and their organization. He spoke about the annual event called South Summit, which is dedicated to information and communication technologies. Representatives of IT Park also spoke about the Digital Leadership Forum 2023 event and how important the IT services export sector is for Uzbekistan.
