1. Product manager

The company is looking for not just a Project or Product manager, but an inspirer who can make Alif Mobi even more convenient for users.  You have to deal with the launch of the product, the development of the service, and the evaluation of the success of the product.

About the product:

Alif Mobi is an ecosystem-based mobile application that provides financial solutions and technology services in accordance with Shariah, including installments, local and international transfers and payment for services with cashback.

Requirements:

- experience in creating and developing products for a mass audience for at least 3 years (IT or Internet projects, telecom, banking);

- ability for strategic thinking and at the same time - for operational management;

- deep knowledge in product marketing;

- analytical thinking, the ability to make decisions quickly;

- ability to clearly set goals and work for results;

- the ability to inspire and lead a team to success.

The advantage will be:

- understanding of trends and development prospects of the electronic payments market;

- knowledge of English;

- Public speaking experience.

You will:

- create and develop new products and services for alif mobi users;

- to form a strategy and carry out tactical planning of product development;

- be responsible for the constant increase in the number of users and their satisfaction with the use of the company's products;

- predict project metrics and evaluate the success of implementation;

- look for innovative solutions and introduce new technologies;

- analyze trends and market conditions;

- control processes and ensure that deadlines are met

- lead project teams;

- work closely with the development team and other departments in the process of doing all of the above.

2. DevOps-engineer

Requirements:

- knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Debian);

- understanding of working with Linux in general: network setup, FS device, access rights;

- confident knowledge of the command line and basic utilities;

- the ability to deploy a ready-made stack (Python, PHP, Ruby, DB) for work in production;

- ability to write scripts (sh, bash);

- MySQL, experience in writing simple queries;

- basic knowledge of docker.

Will be a plus:

- Ansible;

- GitLab;

- knowledge of any of the monitoring systems: zabbix, prometheus and related utilities;

- Experience with message brokers.

- diligence in self-development and in work.

3. Front-end developer with at least 3 years of experience in developing SPA applications

Duties:

- independence in solving problems;

- assistance in the study of technical solutions;

- be a mentor for interns and juniors and conduct code reviews for them;

- write beautiful, clean and readable code.

- give feedback to colleagues as often as possible.

Requirements:

- Experience in web development for at least a year;

- participation in the development of web application architecture;

- knowledge of Vue JS, HTML, CSS (SASS, POSTCSS), JavaScript;

- Experience with Git version control system (GitLab & GitHub);

- understanding of the REST API;

- understanding of the process of developing Web-applications;

- knowledge of Russian or English;

- Willingness to understand and work with other people's code.

Will be a big plus:

- knowledge of Unix/Linux systems;

- knowledge of English;

- high level of self-learning and team work;

- deep knowledge of OOP and Typescript.

4. C# specialist with at least 2 years of development experience with the following knowledge and skills:

- C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core;

- MS SQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or others);

- Experience in using ORM (Entity Framework, linq2db, Dapper, etc.);

- experience in developing REST services, working with JSON and XML;

- API development and ability to understand third-party API (web services);

- Experience with Git version control system: Bitbucket & Github;

- knowledge of Unix/Linux systems;

- understanding of the application development process;

- willingness to understand and work with someone else's code;

- knowledge of English at the level of reading documentation.

It will be an advantage if you have:

- Experience in automating CI/CD processes;

- Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis;

- knowledge and use of software design patterns;

- ability and desire to work not only with the Microsoft technology stack;

- Ability to write unit tests.

What do we have to do:

- develop services;

- participate in the design of system architecture;

- design and implement API;

- participate in the improvement of architectural solutions.
