At the ICT Expo, the IT Park booth is showcased

Within the framework of ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2023, the ICT Expo is taking place, where the IT Park booth is showcased. Visitors were informed about the initiatives and opportunities provided by the organization in the field of IT education, startup ecosystem development, investment attraction, export, and residency.

One of the key highlights of the booth was the Startup Base platform, which offers startups, investors, and members of the IT community the opportunity to register and access a valuable database, including promising startups, active investors in the Uzbek market, as well as a schedule of events dedicated to the development of the IT community and facilitating interaction between startups and investors.

In addition, exhibition attendees had the opportunity to receive consultations on participating in acceleration programs such as AloqaTech Lab, Plug and Play Uzbekistan, 500 Georgia, and many others.

Guests interested in the field of exporting IT services were briefed on the privileges and support provided by IT Park and the government, as well as programs like Zero Risk, One Stop Shop, and others.

Foreign and local companies desiring to become residents of IT Park received comprehensive consultations on this matter, along with information on tax and customs exemptions and preferences.

Representatives from the education department informed stand visitors about the educational opportunities provided by IT Park, such as:

• uzbekcoders.uz — information about access to more than 10,000 courses in various fields from the Coursera platform.

Visitors to the booth learned about subsidies in the range of 25-35 million sums, which will be provided to educational residents to assist in the employment of their graduates in export-oriented IT companies.

Furthermore, they were presented with information about courses conducted at IT Park centers, including details about prices, duration, and the language of instruction.
