Call for applications for the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board

In accordance with Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Limited Liability Companies and Additional Liability Companies" and Clauses 6.1 and 7.2 of the Charter of the "Directorate of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies" LLC, a call for applications is announced for the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board to enhance the efficiency of the organization’s activities.

Key Areas of Activity:

• Creating favorable conditions for the development and production of competitive products and services in the field of information technologies, facilitating their entry into domestic and international markets, and promoting innovative developments;
• Providing IT-Park residents with the necessary infrastructure to conduct their activities, including modern laboratories, offering financial, marketing, legal, and other consulting services, as well as services related to acceleration programs;
• Supporting the implementation of startup projects, including through venture financing, and assisting startups and small enterprises in the field of information technology in achieving the results of innovative activities;
•      Assisting residents in attracting local and foreign investors to jointly implement projects, particularly through the transfer of modern technologies and software products;
• Assisting in the integration of activities between scientific, research, educational, and manufacturing organizations to ensure the continuity of the high-tech products and services production chain.;
• Organizing training for the population and youth to form a modern class of highly qualified specialists in the field of information technologies;
• Organizing masterclasses, training sessions, and professional development courses, as well as scientific and practical conferences, with the participation of leading companies and specialists in the field of information technologies.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Independent member must have the experience, qualifications, and professional skills necessary to contribute to the broad development of the organization.

2. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following fields: Information Technologies, Finance, Economics, Law, or another related field from a higher education institution.

3. At least 5 years of experience in administrative and management positions related to corporate governance, strategic planning, and human resource management.

4. Experience in leadership positions in foreign countries and in leadership positions in organizations and companies in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
