Competition for organizing coverage of international events within the IT Park project “Uzbekistan Outsourcing” through international media

IT Park is pleased to announce a competition for orginizing coverage of international events held within the framework of the “Uzbekistan Outsourcing” project through international media, contributing to close acquaintance of prominent foreign organizations, professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, and IT-industry enthusiasts with the IT potential of Uzbekistan and the conducive environment being created in the country and promoting the opportunity of establishing their BPO centers and regional offices within the country.

The competition is conducted based on criteria (outlined below) approved by the Administrative Council of IT Park.

Legal entities interested in participating in the competition may submit their applications to the legal address of IT Park from March 18 to April 18, 2024. The deadline for the receipt of sealed applications is April 18, 2024, at 17:00.

Individuals seeking clarification regarding the terms of the competition may contact the legal address of IT Park daily (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from 10:00 to 17:00.

It is envisaged to organize a competition for the coverage of international events held within the framework of the “Uzbekistan Outsourcing” project through international media, contributing to close acquaintance of prominent foreign organizations, professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, and IT-industry enthusiasts with the IT potential of Uzbekistan and the conducive environment being created in the country and promoting the opportunity of establishing their BPO centers and regional offices within the country.

The events, during which international events organized the “Uzbekistan Outsourcing” project, are covered by international media.

Criteria applied to the participants of the competition for the provision of the above-mentioned activities and services for their coverage through international media outlets:

Development and submission of proposals for the state social order in accordance with the approved terms of reference.

Submission of the following documents by non-governmental non-profit organizations to the organizer of the respective competition for participation in the competition:

    • Detailed classification of state social order execution.
    • Copy of the certificate of state registration.
    • Copy of the Charter of the non-governmental non-profit organization.
    • Certificate from the state tax authority confirming the absence of debts.
    • Copy of the special permit (license), if a special permit (license) is required for the implementation of projects under the state social order.

At the initiative of the non-governmental non-profit organization, other documents (certificates, information on conducted inspections, etc.) may be submitted.

Note. Documents submitted according to the criteria applicable to competition participants shall be submitted along with the relevant contracts, copies of certificates and official references. To review the documents and terms of reference regarding the project, please refer to the following link.
