Competition for the selection of a management service company to service facilities on the territory of IT Park

IT Park Uzbekistan announces a competition for selecting a management service company that will provide centralized technical maintenance, engineering, repairs, and other types of operational services for the facilities being constructed within the investment projects on the IT Park territory. The competition is based on criteria approved by the Administrative Council of IT Park.

Interested legal entities can submit their applications to the legal address of IT Park from August 3rd to August 15th, 2023. The acceptance of sealed applications will conclude on August 14th, 2023, at 5:00 PM.

Selection Criteria:

1. Description of systems and areas to be serviced by the tender participants:

- Complex of buildings and structures' power supply system;
- Gas supply system;
- Heating (thermal supply) system of administrative and residential buildings, technical buildings, and structures;
- Water supply and sewerage system;
- Ventilation and air conditioning system;
- Data transmission, telecommunication networks, access control, video surveillance, security alarm system;
- Fire protection system;
- Interior and exterior areas of buildings;
- Windows on the outside of buildings;
- Green areas (gardens and lawns) on the external territory.

2. Criteria applied to the participants of the competition for providing comprehensive services and care for the specified systems and areas:

1. Presence of qualified specialists with experience in servicing the systems within the object's territory;
2. Permission (license) for providing services related to data transmission, telecommunication networks, access control, video surveillance, and security alarm systems;
3. Permission (license) for servicing the fire protection system;
4. Presence of qualified employees with authorization for working at heights for external window cleaning, having permission (license) from the issuing organization;
5. Presence of a heat supply system operator (boiler room);
6. Availability of necessary tools and equipment for the complete and uninterrupted execution of works and services;
7. Availability of information on the provision (full or partial) of services related to the subject of the competition;
8. Absence of organization's debt for taxes and other mandatory payments;
9. The organization must provide information on additional expenses during production (in percentage terms) and the highest level of planned profitability (in percentage terms) relative to the cost of services provided. Changes in service calculations are possible in coordination with the customer and taking into account current price changes from state suppliers (electricity, water, natural gas, sewage).

Together with the corresponding contracts, certificates, and references, the competition participants must provide all necessary documents confirming their compliance with the criteria.
