In Tashkent was held a practice for students of the BPO School of Fergana

21 students were selected to study at BPO School of Ferghana, 11 of them successfully completed the courses and were invited to practice in Tashkent, which was organized jointly with the  training center IT Academy.

BPO School – a specialized school opened throughout the country, where the youth of Uzbekistan will be able to learn all the necessary knowledge and skills to work in the field of BPO (business process outsourcing).  The main goal of the school is to provide youth employment, create opportunities to work with foreign companies and increase the export of IT-services.

We emphasize that BPO School has already been opened in 5 regions, namely: in Ferghana, Gulistan, Namangan, Jizzakh and Muynak. In the near future, it is planned to open BPO School in the following regions: Khorezm, Navoi and Tashkent region.

 During the practice, trainings were organized for the participants in BPO-companies “Revotech” (IT Park resident) and “STL Truckers”. The participants were given a tour, told about the activities of companies and how specialists work.  In addition, the employees of the companies conducted logistics trainings for the participants.

 Interns responded positively to the practice and considered it useful for their future work at the  BPO-company.
