IT Park and Techno Women join forces to support women in IT

IT Park and the non-profit organization Techno Women, which unites women working in technological industries, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation. The memorandumʼs objective is to develop and support of girls and women from Central Asia in the IT sphere and entrepreneurship.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mahliyo Muksinova, Deputy CEO for Digital Education Development at IT Park, and Aziza Shuzheeva, President of Techno Women.

The agreement is geared towards increasing the presence of women in the technology industry and includes the exchange of experience, knowledge, and resources to support women working in the IT field, as well as creating conditions for their professional and personal growth.

Parties emphasized that the collaboration between IT Park and Techno Women will contribute to the creation of more favorable conditions for women in the IT sector of Central Asia and will attract more talented female professionals to this industry.

Plans include organizing events and programs to develop professional skills and enhance womenʼs participation in the technology industry.

The signing of the memorandum marks a significant step towards promoting equality and inclusivity in the IT sector of Uzbekistan, demonstrating the commitment of both parties to creating equal opportunities for all industry participants.
