IT Park Cup: winners of the “Artificial Intelligence” direction!

On December 19, 2021, the final of the sports programming championship “IT Park Cup 2021” was held, organized by IT Park in partnership with the Dubai Future Foundation with the support of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.  Also, the partner of this championship was the IT-company “EPAM”, which provided support in the technical part of the event.

The “IT Park Cup” programming championship included an artificial intelligence course, the final of which was also held on December 19, but in an online format.

The finalists of the direction of artificial intelligence needed to solve 2 problems on the platform for holding AI competitions - kaggle.com.  In particular, the participants solved forecasting problems, within which they had to predict the default of the company (bankruptcy), the calculation of the bank's customers in terms of predisposition to the bank's promoted product to improve the efficiency of the call center, etc.

The following teams became the winners:

1st place - “Yet Another TeamAI”, who received a cash prize of $ 6,500;

2nd place - “MADE In Uzbekistan”, which received a prize of $ 3,500.
