This milestone underscores the implementation of a systematic approach to quality management within the organization, ensuring transparency and the efficiency of internal processes in full compliance with international standards.
The certification process involved the establishment of a dedicated working group tasked with formulating and integrating procedural documentation aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standard. Senior leadership and department heads across the organization played an active role in this endeavor. Key performance indicators and evaluation criteria were identified to assess the effectiveness of the implemented processes.
The comprehensive efforts culminated in the successful completion of an audit, leading to IT Park Uzbekistan's certification under the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Furthermore, 30 managers and staff members of IT Park underwent specialized training aimed at enhancing their expertise in quality management practices. Participants who successfully completed the examination were awarded international certificates, further affirming their alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
