IT Park Uzbekistan strengthens cooperation with HR departments of state bodies

On December 17, 2025, IT Park Uzbekistan hosted an introductory tour for representatives of HR and personnel departments of the country’s ministries and agencies. The event was held at the initiative of the Agency for Improving Management Efficiency under the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan. Organized by the HR and international departments of IT Park Uzbekistan in collaboration with relevant ministerial units, the visit aimed to familiarize participants with the activities of IT Park Uzbekistan, its infrastructure, and its contribution to the development of the national digital economy.

The delegation included representatives from the Agency for Improving Management Efficiency under the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, as well as HR and personnel specialists from various republic-level ministries and departments.

As part of the event, a presentation was conducted for the participants focusing on the key areas of activity at IT Park Uzbekistan, ongoing projects, and current initiatives in the field of IT industry development. Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan provided detailed information on the support provided to member companies, the creation of a favorable environment for professionals, and the development of digital solutions at both state and corporate levels.

Following the presentation, the delegation visited the UZINFOCOM showroom, where participants were introduced to existing digital products and projects implemented within the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem, as well as practical examples of IT solutions deployed in the public sector.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was noted that the tour was conducted at a high organizational level, with all planned activities fully implemented. Such visits contribute to strengthening cooperation between IT Park Uzbekistan and cooperation bodies, while also increasing the awareness of HR departments regarding the capabilities of the national digital ecosystem and its potential for human capital development.
