On June 6-7, a significant event took place in the Nukus branch of IT Park - ToT training as part of the "Skills4Girls" project, organized jointly by IT Park and UNICEF. The project is aimed at supporting and developing the potential of girls in the field of information technology, as well as creating new perspectives for them.
The main objective of the "Train the Trainers" (ToT) training was to prepare teachers who would later pass on their knowledge and skills to girls from three regions of Karakalpakstan: Kegeyli, Chimbay and Korauzak. This step is of great importance for strengthening the education and development of the IT sector in the region.
The educational program was implemented by RoboticsWare, a social enterprise that trains the youth of Uzbekistan in information technology and foreign languages in order to create a better future for the country. The main goal of the RoboticsWare educational programs is to prepare young professionals for work in the international market.
RoboticsWare strives to make education more comprehensive, focusing not only on the development of technical skills, but also on professional ethics. The program also provides for the study of foreign languages, including Korean, so that students can successfully work in specific target markets, for example, in Korean outsourcing projects.
We remind you that the Skills4Girls project sets itself an ambitious task - to create equal opportunities and develop the potential of girls in the field of information technology.
