OCTO and “Innotech” Group implement projects on business process automation

On October 26, as part of “ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2022”, IT Park resident OCTO IT-company signed a strategic partnership agreement with “Innotech” Group.

According to the document, partner companies will be engaged in the implementation of joint projects in the field of technology, innovation, automation of business processes and commercial activities in Uzbekistan.  

As the participants of the dialogue noted, the economy of Uzbekistan is now in the stage of active development, and the IT-direction in the region is one of the drivers of the economy.  The attractiveness of the local market is growing, including for international IT players focused on export opportunities.

Dmitry Kharitonov, General Director of “Innotech” Group, during the meeting emphasized that Uzbekistan is an important market for the company.

“We are actively developing partnerships in Uzbekistan and strive to expand cooperation with companies and the public sector in the region.  Uzbekistan is a strategically important market for us: there are all opportunities for launching large-scale projects in the field of IT and high technologies that will meet the needs of both the state and business, as well as end consumers.  Now projects that promote innovation are coming to the fore in the region, and we hope that together with OCTO we will take a big step towards the technological development of the local market”.

In turn, Alexei Maksimov, General Director of OCTO, also noted the importance of this cooperation.

“Our company strives to improve the daily lives of millions of people throughout Uzbekistan and beyond by providing them with access to modern high-tech products.  For OCTO, partnership with the Innotech Group is of strategic importance.  I am convinced that our joint projects will contribute to the development of innovations in the IT market of Uzbekistan”, – he said.

Recall that the OCTO IT company was founded in 2018 in Tashkent. The company works in the field of software development for the development of the financial sector (banks, payment organizations, electronic money operators) both on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad.  Since 2018, OCTO has developed 10 software products, 8 of which have been successfully implemented and operated in Uzbekistan.
