Presentation of the President Tech Award

In a number of educational institutions and IT academies, IT Park presented a large startup competition President Tech Award.

The purpose of the events is to show the scale of the competition, explain its essence and conditions for participation, as well as familiarize participants with the benefits and opportunities created for young people.

So, on May 15, presentations were held in the Tashkent branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, as well as in the training centers of PDP Academy, Astrum IT Academy and Najot Ta'lim, where a total of about 140 students took part.

On May 16, representatives of IT Park presented the competition at Amity University in Tashkent and BePro IT academy, and on May 17 at IT Academy.

Attendees received detailed information about product development, valid prototype options, and winning the grand prize. They took an active part in discussing various aspects of the competition and opportunities for creating a successful startup, as well as discussing the formation of competitive teams for the President Tech Award.

The events will last until May 24 and will be held in the following educational institutions:

Recall that the President Tech Award is a competition for the title of the best startup projects in the field of digital technologies. It includes a special direction (Grand Prix Hackathon, which provides for the creation of a digital solution in 72 hours) and the main one, which will be held in categories such as:

• technologies based on artificial intelligence;
• digital technologies in the social sphere;
• technologies in the sphere of information and cybersecurity;
• entrepreneurship and financial technologies;
• computer and mobile games.

Applications for participation are accepted through a special portal https://awards.gov.uz , launched in order to ensure transparency and openness of the competition.
