The President of Uzbekistan signed a decree on awarding a group of active and initiative representatives of the country's young generation in connection with the "Youth Day". The huge contribution that professionals make to support the younger generation in Uzbekistan and increase the activity of young people in the life of the state and society was highlighted.
Oybek Anvarov is 29 years old. He graduated from Namangan Engineering-Pedagogical Institute with a degree in civil engineering and is currently studying at TUIT.
He began his career at IT Park on February 2, 2021 as a project manager, and since May 1, 2021, he has been the head of Syrdarya regional branch of the limited liability company “Dasturiy mahsulotlar va axborot texnologiyalari texnoparki direksiyasi – IT Park”.
Under his leadership, more than 150 events were held, more than 3,000 students were trained, the first branch of IT Park in Uzbekistan was built, memorandums of cooperation were signed with many government agencies, including: the Agency for Youth Affairs, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations, the Agency of Information and Mass Communications, etc.
Under Oybekʼs leadership, the first BPO-center was also opened in Syrdarya region, where 10 people are currently employed. Now Anvarov Oybekʼs main task is to train young people from Syrdarya in the field of information technology and improve their skills.
Nuruddin Iminohunov is 24 years old. He graduated from Inha University in Tashkent with a degree in software engineering.
He has been working at EPAM Systems since September 2021.
In addition, Nuruddin is the organizer of GDG (Google Developers Group) in Tashkent. He and his team create the largest IT-community in Tashkent. Nuruddin empowers the community by creating a platform for knowledge sharing through negotiations and workshops on various topics in technology and software development.
In his early student years, he started with a small conference, Google I/O Extended, which was attended by only 150 people, and later he turned this initiative into the GDG community. Last year, GDG meetings attracted over 2,000 unique attendees in the form of meetings and conferences, recently GDG Tashkent hosted the largest developer festival in Central Asia, GDG DevFest Tashkent 2021, with over 1,000 attendees and over 15 speakers, including international speakers.
