SIMTECHDEV Expands Operations in Uzbekistan and Plans to Export IT Services Across Central Asia

IT Park Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with representatives of the SIMTECHDEV Group, led by the company’s founder, Artem Gavrishin. The IT Park delegation was represented by by Lazizbek Khudaev, Head of the Member Companies Relations Department, Rufina Ismailova, Head of the Member Company Registration Department, and Muhammadyusuf Azamov, Senior Manager of the Member Company Registration Department. The discussions focused on export development prospects, educational initiatives, and support mechanisms for IT professionals.

SIMTECHDEV is a key partner of the CS-Cart platform and serves as its primary integrator, specializing in the deployment of comprehensive IT solutions and advanced project customization. The company has successfully served over 1,000 clients and implemented more than 5,000 projects across the United States and Europe.

Recognizing the favorable conditions established in Uzbekistan for IT sector growth, SIMTECHDEV has made the strategic decision not only to enter the local market but to establish a solid presence by registering three legal entities in the country. These include: Simtechdev — the main office representing the interests of the group in Uzbekistan; DevLabs — a subsidiary focused on software development; Searchanise East — a division responsible for promoting the Searchanise solution in both local and international markets.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the potential for expanding IT service exports and implementing local initiatives. SIMTECHDEV representatives were introduced to IT Park’s support programs, including Local2Global, which is specifically designed to facilitate the international expansion of member companies. The company expressed strong interest in increasing IT services export to Central Asian markets and positioning its Tashkent office as a regional hub.

Furthermore, SIMTECHDEV announced plans to launch its own educational program, aimed at training specialists with subsequent employment upon completion. The company also demonstrated interest in establishing IT schools in Uzbekistan. Additionally, SIMTECHDEV confirmed its readiness to actively engage in industry events organized by IT Park and proposed initiating discussions on mechanisms for preferential lending for IT professionals, including the development of IT mortgage products and targeted loan programs.
