Uzbekistan to host AntiHack Challenge Tournament

On August 11, the cybersecurity tournament “AntiHack Challenge” will take place. The event will be organized by IT Park, Cisco and digital communications operator Beeline Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications and Central Asia Distribution.

The event aims increasing the interest of the country's youth in information security, as well as developing skills and potential for information security.

The one-day tournament program will include 4 lab tasks. The terms of participation:
 • the team must consist of two people;
 • it is recommended that the group has a member with an Android-based mobile phone with the function of creating an access point and with the ability to control its broadcast range;
 • a laptop with an Ubuntu virtual machine installed (starting from version 18.10 with a compatible Wi-Fi adapter for capturing and injecting);
 • a free USB port on a laptop for connecting an external adapter.

Participants are required to take a test when filling out the application in order to pass the qualifying round.
