Vention announces a free Python internship

Resident of IT Park, the company Vention, which has offices in 20 countries worldwide, announces a free Python internship.

The program will commence in September. Participants will be required to study for 6 hours a day and engage in practical projects, enabling them to apply the skills and knowledge acquired during the training period.

What is expected from potential interns?

  • Understanding the principles of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Familiarity with fundamental Python data types and algorithms.
  • Previous practical experience working with relational databases (SQL), preferably an understanding of PostgreSQL.
  • Basic understanding of Git version control system usage.
  • Proficiency in Russian and English languages at a minimum of B1 level.
  • Knowledge of Django/Flask/FastAPI and additional experience in frontend development (including HTML/CSS and JavaScript) will be advantageous.

What awaits prospective interns during the program?

  • In-depth study of Python: mastering the programming language, its libraries, and key patterns.
  • Working with web APIs: creating and utilizing APIs based on popular platforms such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, as well as handling data between the server and client sides.
  • Development of testing skills: competently creating and conducting module tests using tools like pytest or unittest.
  • Interaction on the interface side: learning to connect server-side code with client-side technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to ensure high-quality user interaction.
