A speaker with 15 years experience in IT projects management from Bulgaria to hold a workshop in Tashkent
The USAID project on developing entrepreneurship and the business environment in partnership with IT Park is settling a workshop by Ivaylo Georgiev, Bulgarian expert, on the topic “Management and support of IT projects”, being held on March 20, 2020 at Amity University in Tashkent.
Ivaylo Georgiev is an accredited teacher at Kanban University, program manager at the European Institute of Software for Central and Eastern Europe, certified trainer for SCRUM at AgileDigm Inc. and partner of Agendashift. Ivaylo has over 15 years of effectual experience in process improvement and strategic management. He provided training, coaching and evaluation services related to flexible transformation, process improvement and implementation of business strategies in banks (for example, Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria, National Bank of Ukraine, Bank of Georgia), Fintech (Lykke, SmartIT) and software developing companies (Software AG, Nemetschek).
This workshop will focus on several following key issues:
• Process Evaluation: What are the pitfalls in process evaluation?
• Delay in delivery: How to effectively manage the duration of tasks?
• Changing market needs: How to meet the changing needs of our customers?
• Multitasking: How to combine software development with team support activities?
In addition, Ivaylo will speak about various models and frameworks starting from Scrum to PMBOK. This will be interesting for you if you are: Product / project managers, founders or directors of IT companies. Limited number of seats.
The workshop will be held in English with translation into Russian.
