About IT Park and Bank meeting

On September 30, 2019 in IT-Park, a meeting has been arranged with the World Bank Mission on the Digital Central Asia South Asia (Digital CASA) project supervised by Mr. Juan Navas-Sabater.

The Digital CASA project aims to expand access to high-speed Internet throughout landlocked countries in Central Asia and some regions of South Asia. In addition to infrastructure components, including the construction of a Data Center, the Project also has its flows for elaboration the entrepreneurship ecosystem, optimizing legislation, escalating digital skills and raising public awareness.

Topics related to the implementation progress have been discussed and further action plans were outlined together with the project participants at the meeting.

Following the meeting, the head of the mission Mr. Juan Navas-Sabater and IT Park Director Mr. Farkhod Ibragimov, noted the positive results of collaborative work and identified particular measures for the near term prospect.
