For more than 15 years, Amir Fazliddinovich Mardiev has been working hard in the field of information technology and contributes to the development of this industry in the country. Amir Fazliddinovich Mardiyev studied at several prestigious higher educational institutions, in particular, in 2005, he graduated from the Samarkand State University and received a law degree. At the same time, Amir Fazliddinovich studied at the Tashkent state University of Economics, majoring in “International economic relations”.

Amir Fazliddinovich started his career in the mobile operator Uzdunrobita (MTS-Uzbekistan). Then, starting in 2013, he continued his career in various structural divisions of the Ministry for the development of information technologies and communications as a Specialist of the Ministry for the development of information technologies and communications of the Russian Federation, Head of the emergency response team in the field of information security, Head of the security Department of the national Internet segment of the information security Center.

With the direct participation of Amir Fazliddinovich Mardiyev in the continuation of his activities in Uzbekistan, in 2013-2020, the following works were carried out in the field of information and communication technologies, namely:

- Development and development of state information systems within the framework of the electronic government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

- Development of project documentation, pre-project research;

 

- Project support: unified user identification system, interagency integration platform, Central databases of individuals and legal entities, etc.;

- Ensuring information security of public information systems and much more.

Today, Amir Fazliddinovich Mardiev is the first Deputy Director of IT Park.

Thanks to the invaluable and hard work of Amir Fazliddinovich Mardiyev, at the moment IT Park has more than 400 Residents, who in turn show the fruits of their work in the form of a large volume of export services, high-quality IT education and other services in the field of IT.

Nodir Turdimuratova Alibekov graduated from the Uzbek state world languages University and also holds a master's degree.

Nodir Turdimuradovich started his career back in 2006 as a customer service specialist in the company "Unitel". Later, he was appointed to a managerial position. In "Unitel" LLC» Nodir Turdimurodovich worked until 2010, after which he started his own startup.

In 2018, in order to provide practical assistance to the experience gained, Nodir Turdimurodovich Alibekov started his work in the "Directorate of the Innovation center for support of development and implementation of information technologies "Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center" LLC as a Manager for the development of startups, and then continued his career in the Directorate Of the technological Park of software products and information technologies - IT Park. In this position, Nodir Alibekov shared his invaluable experience and knowledge with young people who want to launch their own start-up.

After making his contribution to the development of the start-up ecosystem, his dream was to popularize the field of information technology among the population, nurturing young and strong personnel. Therefore, he came up with the idea of creating centers for training information technologies in the districts and regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the auspices of IT Park. Today, Nodir Turdimuradovich Alibekov is the Director of IT Centers.

Today, thanks to Nodir Turdimurodovich, his work and efforts, the number of IT Centers is 41. By the end of this year, their number will be 84. This, in turn, will allow all segments of the population anywhere in the Republic of Uzbekistan to easily master the most relevant it specialties and take the first step towards IT benefits, which include high wages, strong networking, an endless stream of knowledge and much more.
