In the city of Karshi a new incubation center was opened

On November 5, 2021, IT Park, with the support of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, opened a new incubation center in the Karshi branch of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization.

The head of the regional department of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications Aripov Sanjar Kamolovich, the head of the regional department of the Ministry of Innovative Development Olimjon Abduraufovich Mavlonov, Doctor of Technical Sciences and Vice-Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization for the educational part Alimov Bakhtiyor Khudaerovich, Rector of the Karshi branch  Tashkent branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies Turgunov Adilbek Mukhtarovich, manager of the regional branch of IT Park for the development of a startup ecosystem Kutbidinov Bunyod were the main participants of the event.

The main aim of creating this incubation center is to provide comprehensive support to young people in the implementation of their innovative projects and start-ups.  Leaders will regularly conduct master classes, hackathons, ideathons and other startup contests, where students can get answers to their questions from mentors represented by leading IT experts.  Students of various educational institutions were invited to the opening ceremony, who got acquainted with the activities of IT Park and incubation centers.

Incubation centers at each university have unlimited access to wireless Internet and are equipped with all the necessary equipment and uninterrupted power supply for more successful implementation of new projects from representatives of the younger generation

In Kashkadarya region, it is also aimed to open 2 more incubation centers, namely, in the Karshi branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies and in the Karshi State University for the development of a startup ecosystem in the region.

It should be noted that at the moment, 24 incubation centers have already been opened throughout the republic.
