Incubation centers in the universities of Kashkadarya region: preparation for opening!

It has been planned to open incubation centers in 6 universities of Kashkadarya region for students wishing to create their own innovative projects as well as develop them.

The main goal behind the creation of incubation centers at higher educational institutions is to increase the quality and the number of innovative projects created among talented youth.  The incubation center, in its own turn, will provide the students with all the necessary conditions for the emergence of effective activities of small innovative projects that implement original scientific and technical ideas.

With this aim, on December 17, 2020, the representatives of IT Park visited Kashkadarya region to personally meet with rectors of higher educational institutions, where the opening of incubation centers has been planned:
 1) Karshi branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies
 2) Karshi Engineering and Economic Institute
 3) Karshi State University
 4) Karshi branch of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers
 5) Shakhrisabz branch of Tashkent State Pedagogical University
 6) Shakhrisabz branch of the Tashkent Chemical-Technological Institute

During the trip, the representatives of IT Park Abdulakhad Kuchkarov and Zhahangir Rajabov talked to the university rectors and gave recommendations on the preparation, launch and operation of incubation centers.

 It is worth noting that the long-term goals and objectives of incubation centers are:
 - development of the country's economy;
 - development of high innovative technologies in Uzbekistan;
 - development of small business with an innovative focus, ensuring necessary conditions for conducting project activities for students;
 - develop relations between students and experienced professionals;
 - creation of new jobs.

 Incubation centers are aimed at  commercializing student innovation from “idea” to production and first successful sales.
