[January
29, 2020] Students from the academic lyceum under the Tashkent University of
Information Technologies named after A.I. Muhammad al-Khwarizmi and its imminent
students and delegates from the Ministry of Development of Information
Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan had paid visit to
IT Park.
The
guests have been introduced to the IT Park activities, its staff spoke about
the prospects and future plans of the organization via related presentations.
Students
learnt information IT Park startup projects from the first wave of incubation
and acceleration programs, who shared their experience in creating a startup
project, scaling it up, finding team members, effectively promoting and searching
for investments.
The
Deputy Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and
Communications B. Olmatov reminded the youth the importance of daily
self-development in such a dynamic world of high technologies to be competitive
and prominent not only in the local, but also in the global IT arena.
It is noteworthy that the students also found out more about IT Park resident company - RevoTech, which specializes in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). RevoTech introducers talked about the business processes that company solves every day, arranged a mini-workshop upon BPO, plus spoke job opportunities that require perfect knowledge of Russian, Uzbek and English, and corporate ethics, which is deemed the core of the international company.
