IT Park Director Farhod Ibragimov awarded the order “Shuhrat”

August 25, 2021 in connection with the thirtieth anniversary of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the director of IT Park Farhod Ibragimov was awarded the order “Shuhrat”.

The President decreed to award honorary titles and decorate public figures and officials with orders and medals for many years of fruitful work aimed at strengthening the economic power of our country, the successful implementation of reforms in all spheres, worthy contribution to the progress of the state and the welfare of our people, construction of the New Uzbekistan, increasing its prestige in the international arena, outstanding achievements in the modernization of industries based on modern requirements, for the implementation of advanced innovative technologies, creation of a favorable investment climate, accelerated development of regional infrastructure, exemplary activities to preserve the stability of the spiritual environment in society, education of the younger generation in the spirit of love for the country and respect for national and universal human values, as well as active participation in public life.

Farhod Zairovich Ibragimov is the CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan. In 2004, he graduated from TSEU with a degree in international business and, after that, he completed his master's degree at TUIT and the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. Moreover, Farhod Ibragimov took advanced training at the “Korean Officials Training Institute”. He has been working in the field of information technology since 2012. In 2017, he became head of the “Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center” to support the development and implementation of information technology. Under his leadership the largest projects for young ICT professionals were launched: “One Million Uzbek Coders”, “MgovAward”, “TumarisTech”, “TechBika”, “Future Skills Uzbekistan”, “GameDev Goethe”, “Covid-19 Challenge 2020”, “Adrenaline Cyber Cup” and many others.
