[November 13-14, 2019] Warsaw, Poland, one of the largest events in Europe was held, dedicated to strengthening the role of women in the technological sectors “Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2019”.

Over 3,000 participants from all over the world have joined this summit. The program of the event was organized as productive and useful as possible: panel discussions were held on the most relevant topics in the field of high technology and entrepreneurship, seminars on the development of skills, the acquisition of new knowledge and increasing the involvement of women in the IT field, as well as the “mentoring zone”, where young girls had a chance to talk with already successful women and get answers to their questions.

In order to expand relations and strengthen the image at the international level, IT Park also took an active part in the summit. On November 13, a presentation was held on the launch of a joint project with the OSCE on the incubation and acceleration of IT startups created by women.

The main objective of the presentation was to introduce key players in the technology sector about the goals and objectives of the project, with the aim of developing cooperation and attracting global technology companies to the joint implementation of this project.

It is also worth noting that each summit participant had the opportunity to choose the most interesting ones from a large number of seminars, panel presentations and exhibitions and take part in them. On top of that, an exhibition area was organized at the summit, where participants were able to get information about leading companies in the field of high technology, and even get a job.
