IT Park management meetup with BPO companies

On April 7, 2022, the management of IT Park Uzbekistan, headed by the team lead Farhod Ibragimov met BPO companies. Representatives of the Ministry of Information Technology Development also attended the meeting.

The representatives of the organizations discussed the further development of BPO in Uzbekistan, raised questions on the expansion of their activities in the regions of Uzbekistan. BPO executives were able to get answers to all the questions of interest.

The focus also fell on challenges that companies face, ways to tackle them, along with new opportunities for expansion that IT Park provides. Participants have learned a lot about the preferences that IT Park offers residents.

A number of companies have made proposals to improve Internet connectivity and have indicated their willingness to expand outsourcing services.
