IT Park organized a training seminar for regional employees

On November 12 and 13, 2021, the training was held at the Tashkent branch of IT Park for regional IT centers managers throughout the republic. 

The training aims to increase the efficiency of IT Centers managers, share new solutions to improve work and familiarize with new chances.

Acting Deputy Director of IT Park Jahangir Rajabov, Head of the Department for Registration and Monitoring of Residents Lazizbek Khudayev, and HR team of IT Park were the speakers of the seminar.

During the meeting with the regional employees of IT Park, educational training was held on topics such as effective business communication, work motivation, time management, as well as training on the development of start-up projects and attracting young people to the field of information technology. 

At the end of the event, a visit was made to the resident companies of IT Park: "EPAM SYSTEMS", "NEXT DECADE" and "REVOTECH" so that regional managers could get acquainted with the activities of large IT companies and get an opportunity to exchange experience. 

After the seminar finished, a dinner was organized for all the participants who were in the training.
